Description

The Murudeshwar Beach is located on either sides of the Murudeshwar temple. One side is dominated by the local fishing community and serves as a harbour for the boats, the other side near the temple is pretty crowded and dirty at times. It is best enjoyable once you move away around 500 mtrs from the crowd. From there on till a few kms ahead you can enjoy the beach as very less people venture away from the temple area. The biggest advantage is you can drive on this beach and you can go to a place of you liking and pitch in. It is a good and safe place, but advisable to stay away from strangers or locals acting like guides. Enjoy the place!
